Vegan chickpea salad

  1. Prep your ingredients (finely chop the onions and celery; slice the grapes in half).
  2. Mash your chickpeas with a fork (or with a food processor but leave them a little chunky).
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and spices to the chickpeas.
  4. Add in vegan mayo and mix well. (My favorites are Hellman’s vegan mayo and Just Mayo).
  5. Serve on toast, in wraps, or on salad. Bon appetit!
